At the 10th CFO & Controlling Congress, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, we had the opportunity to take part in discussions that not only raised important questions but also changed perspectives.
Our colleague Ružica Vasić, Team Manager for Business Analytics at AIGO, participated in the panel “Is It Time for the CFO to Become a Data Scientist?”, which explored the new reality of finance.
The conclusion was unanimous: AI is already here.
At a time when change is measured not in years but in quarters, waiting can be more costly than taking a step in the wrong direction. BI and AI tools do not take control away from CFOs—they give it back. Instead of reacting, you can anticipate. Instead of analysing the past, you can shape the future.
